The OLFA Splash cutter comes in a vibrant aqua color handle with yellow accents, and its packaging features a fun new design style. We set out to create a cutter that fit the needs of new quilters/crafters who may not have ever purchased a rotary cutter before - It had to fit their price range, their love of color and style, and be easy to use. And so SPLASH was born!
