CM Designs has been a family run business since 1995.

When Carolyn McCormick started the process of making a quilt for a friend, she never thought she would make such an impact on the quilting industry. Frustrated with the time it took to individually mark and cut out each piece, she designed a ruler to allow cutting multiple pieces at once.

After discovering that there was no similar product on the market, she decided to sell her creation. The Add-A-Quarter™ ruler was born and has been a major success ever since.
